I bought MindManager One-Time Purchase in September 2024, and downloaded and installed Mindmanager 64bit ver 24.0.181 on a Windows 10 PC.

When I select: "File --> Help --> Check for Updates" in the program.

I am redirected to a webpage with the heading "MindManager Product Updates"

Your version: 24.0.181

Status: An update is available for this product!

New version 24.1.150.

When I click the download link on the webpage, and download and install the update, MindManager is still not updated to version 24.1.150.

When I check the download folder, I see that the MindManager24_setup.exe file of 3125 KB has downloaded version 24.0.181. And that is the version that I already have installed.

I expected the setup file to download the latest version, 24.1.150, which I assume contains bug fixes etc.

Something must be wrong.

How do I update Mindmanager 24?

There is a bug with this Update Check for a long time.

It doesn't help. It's the same file that was previously downloaded. When I click the link MindManager Windows 24 --> Download deskop application.

"Download deskop application" points to the url https://www.mindmanager.com/mm-win-exe. And the file that is downloaded is MindManager24_setup.exe. When I run it, version 24.0.181 is downloaded.

It also happens when I install MM on another PC that has not previously installed MM.

Hi Roald,

I cannot reproduce this issue when both checking for updates or when using the direct link to the installer. Can you advised where you are located?

I am located in Norway.

As I said, I went to https://www.mindmanager.com/en/support/download-library/ and clicked on "Download desktop application" under the heading "MindManager Windows 24"

An older version of MM was downloaded and installed.

This happened on a PC that did not have MM installed before.

I did it to test if there was a problem with the PC that had v 24.0.181 installed. But it is not.

I think mindmanger.com has something wrong with the URLs or the program files are not updated in all the cloud portals that are in the different parts of the world.

When I created the question on this forum, I uploaded a picture that I attached to the post. Now I see that the picture file is not displayed in the post.

I will upload it again in this comment. and hope that it appears on the website. Without it being removed by the administrator.

Just to clarify. I expect the latest version of Mindmanger to be downloaded and installed. Version 24.1.150
