Map disappears after using zoom function in MacOS

Hi,
Just got started (again) with MindManager 2024 and loaded Study Notes template. Now, if I zoom in the map disappears from the screen. I try searching for the map by using the sliders (horizontal and vertical). Zoom View --> Auto Fit brings the map back, but if use the Zoom In bar (right bottom corner) the map immediately disappears again. Same with using the trackpad (15 inch M4 Air, latest OS). I don't know how to use the map this way. Could anybody help, please?
