create a tab "known issues" on this side with a column indicating in which version the issue was fixed.
So it's very easy for anybody to look for this, if he found a issue.

I like this idea
additionally whether the support knows the problem. This prevents multiple tickets being opened for the same problem. Relieves the support ;-)
