XML processing error

I experienced an XML processing error while importing the opml document, which appears C:\Program Files (x86)\MindManager24\XSLT\OpmlOutline\CHS\OpmlImport.xsl
0xC00CEE2D, unspecified error
i am not sure why,
but these several days i also have this error pop up.
i am on win10, using mindmanager 2020, i used firewall to block mindmanager's connection to internet.
i dont know why too.
that's very worrisome that i am not in control of my system.
