If I have a map with occurence for a ressource, the occurence gets a colour by a smart rule.
Is it possible to get the colour through the legend of the map ?

If you are asking if it is possible to colour the items in a legend as pasted in the map the same way they are coloured in the Map Index (and how they are coloured in the map itself) by using a SmartRule, the answer is yes, but only for some items. Unfortunately, these don't include Resources.

If you look at a legend as pasted in a map you will note that for index items such as icons (flags, arrows, etc) the actual icon itself appears in the legend item in a topic along with the icon name as topic text. Likewise, Priority and Progress items also appear in topics along with their name as topic text in the legend with when it is pasted in the map.

This makes it fairly easy to apply a colour to topics with the icon in the map, including the item in the legend. For example, if you set a SmartRule to colour all topics with the At Risk flag red in the map, then the topic in the legend as pasted in the map will also be coloured red (this facility does have one disadvantage - the legend item will also be included in the overall count in the Marker Index for that flag).

However, this approach can't be applied directly to text tags, as these appear in the legend when pasted in the map as topic text, and not as the tags themselves. The best you can do is either colour the legend items manually or attach the relevant tag to them and establish a SmartRule based on the tag which will colour all topics including the legend item which have the tag (again this will affect the count of tags in the index).

There is another complication related specifically to Resources - for some reason they don't appear in the Legend at all, and would need to be added manually, along with any formatting.

You can right-click on a resource in the Map Index and set its colour.

if i attach the legend of the map, this doesn't directly have the colours which are set manually

In your SmartRule, add the effect of Line color, which will decent down in your branch.
