I have no clue what file formats you are looking for but...
In the release notes of MindManager for MAC version 12 I found this for you. (NOTE version 11.2.124 for Mac is really old)
Users can now import existing XMind & FreeMind maps into MindManager. Imports enable users to
evolve and improve on the content created in other mapping applications leveraging the breadth of
MindManager tools and features.
