Floating Topics with relationships to attached topics highlighting in Presentation Mode

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to set up a floating topic with relationships to topics in subtopics so that, in presentation mode, when you click on the floating topic, it highlights the relationships AND the subtopics they are connected to.
