Copy topic and map themes between maps

It would be great to use the Format Painter between maps, not only within the same map.
It would also be useful to copy and paste map themes so that I can quickly set a map to the same theme as an existing one. Currently I have to create a new theme then apply it.

I support both these ideas. With the format painter issue the only workaround I can think of is to copy a formatted topic from the first to the second map and then use it as the source for the format painter, but this is unnecessarily clunky.
