How to geht the academy maps?

I tried to get the academy maps and matierial via the web page, below the lessons but it does not work. Is there a solution for that or is there an other way to get it?

after registration on the MindManager Homepage you receive an email with your personal access link to the MindManager Starter Academy:
With this link you are able to access the tutorial videos when ever you want. On the tutorial video site you will find another link Download to access the Maps used in the tutorial videos:
This link opens an overview map in which all maps for each session are attached and linked for viewing in browser:
You can download this map or the published session maps by clicking here on File -> Export -> Download as MMAP. The menu File is now on the top of the site:
I have checked the English and the German materials and all links are working correctly.
