Topic Notes panel location to the bottom

Greetings!

How do I place Topic Notes panel to the bottom of the MM window?

I remember that there was a special option for this, but forgot its location.

Right-click in the Topic Notes panel itself and click "Window Placement".

You can also click on the arrow under the Notes icon in the Topic Elements tab on the Home ribbon to select either horizontal or vertical location.
