Normally NO.
However, as far as I know, if your company has MM Enterprise license you are allowed to install earlier releases. Check with your systems admin.

If you have a full subscription to MindManager, then your license with work with both MindManager 22 and 21. If you have a MindManager 22 Perpetual key, it will only work with that version.
