How can I format a topic so that it shows in separate lines

I'm doing an org chart and need to have the name on top followed by the role and on a third line the area/department. I have been adding spaces to force new lines but it doesn't always work
Press Shift+Enter to start a new line within topic text. You can also set the justification to centre in the Format tab to improve the appearance.
