I bought all full Versions til Mindmanager version 12 and made an Mindjet Connect Account. I kindly request, how to lockin my old Mindjet Connect Accout with my actuelle Mindmanager 2018.

I am afraid Mindjet Connect has been discontinued. It has been announced and everyone with a connect account has received instructions how to secure anything stored inside Connect in time, I do hope you have not missed those?
If so, there may be a very small change that MindManager support can retrieve something for you.
Please contact Technical Support Team at MindManager Support and provide a description of the issue.
Also MindManager is now on vs 2021 and that has a lot of facilities that could (maybe) make you forget about the Connect functionality. So why not take a free 30 day trial?
