Hello Greg,
In MindManager Windows, The full list of pre-defined color palette RGB/HTML values are not user-accessible but you can define your own values.
In MindManager Windows, go to the Format Tab and click on the bottom part of the buttons for Fill Color or Line Color and select 'More Colors', then go to the 'Custom' tab.
