Mindmap aus Finder aufrufen nicht möglich

Hallo,

wenn ich Mindmanager aus dem Finder starte, kommt immer das angehängte Bild und wenn ich es weg klicke, schliesst Mindmanager komplett, dies obwohl ich den Lizenzkey eingegeben habe.

Hi Christoph,

I have not seen this behavior at all. Can you tell me what version & build ( MindManager icon at top left > About) of MindManager are you using?

I would also suggest to open a case with MindManager technical support here - MindManager Support

Hi Christoph,

We did some troubleshooting and thinking that you might have installed 13.2 Production build from our website first and then installed Mac store version and probably launching the Mac Store version. I would suggest to uninstall mac store version and continue with website build.
