more options to draw relationship lines and support e.g. UML/MBSE diagrams

- topics can have relationship lines to outline relationship links
- for certain relationships and diagrams there are not enough options to draw relationship lines
- for example allow to assign different arrow formats in the middle of the link line as in the example above
- wether there is still a text in the middle of the relationship lines or not should be an option
