How to get the newest update for MM2022?

As licences seems not to work at the moment, I'm running a "trial" MM22 - as adviced. However, when checking the update status (in MM22), it says:
"YOUR SOFTWARE IS OUT OF DATE. GET THE LATEST VERSION TODAY."
How to get that???
