Virtual presentation mod for any kinds of maps

Make possible to set order of topics in the map in virtual presentation mod even:
- If user has to manage manually thanks local application setting up,
- For synoptic or conceptual map in virtual presentation mode:
- *mmap still with [tab] keyboard key,
- *.html newly with [next] button,
Make the HTML5 export possible as well in vitual presentation mod and standard.
