Picture size setting less clumsy

If you have a topic with picture (plus text) included (not the thumbnail), it is rather difficult to set the exact size. You have to rightclick the picture in one of its corners, resize it by dragging your mouse and them unclick at the right moment.

It would be more convenient if the picture size could be a variable, e.g. accessible via the Format Topic dialogue box.

Note: strange that via a macro you can set the exact width and height of the picture, while in the GUI that is almost impossible.
