Whole Map Thumbnail View for Fast Navigation

It would be great to have a whole map thumbnail view that would allow you to move from one part of a large map to another quickly/easily. I've attached an example from Miro that does this and works well (the thumbnail is always present at the bottom right corner of the map) you can drag the rectangle view to move to another part of the map (without needing to zoom out and then back in)
