Add Resource Colour to the "Manage Resources" dialogue

Resources can have a colour associated with them, but this is not shown in the Manage Resources dialogue where their availability and rate are defined. It would be helpful to include the Resource Colour in this dialogue so that everything about a resource can be edited in one place.
