Smartrules - Rule addition: Trigger for text within a hyperlink

Hi, I have hyperlinked text that I would like to have automatically trigger the addition of an icon using smartrules.
It can use the same field as the current Topic Text
ie Topic hyperlink text .... Contains xxxx
I like this idea
