Add Schedule/Date Field +Tab for subtopic to outline view

Hi,
I would like to work in outline mode. I am looking for two features to be added to outline view.
- Schedule - Please provide a column where you show the due date
- "Tab" should be able to create subtopic instead of struggling with the mouse
