Jira project overview with hierarchy levels >3

Hello, I use the Jira plugin to have a better overview over my projects and it works so far.
Here is the issue: In complex projects we use more hierarchy levels beside EPICS, TASKS and SUB-TASKS. There are three levels above the epic level which will not be shown in Mindmanager. They will be show on the same level than the epics.
In Jira they are connected as "parent of" - tickets.

Is this a known issue and can't be fixed or can I modify the settings to solve it?
