MindManager side-scrolling issue with Logitech mouse

I have the same issue with my Logitech MX Anywhere S2 mouse like jie F. posted 18 month ago MindManager side-scrolling issue | MindManager User Community Support Forum

Would be great to get support on this issue as it actually impacts usability of mind manager a lot!
Btw: No other application above mouse is used for shows such behaviour.

"When using the side scroll wheel of the Logitech MX Master 3S mouse for side-scrolling in MindManager, it's ineffective and leaves a ghosting effect. This significantly impacts usability. However, when using the Logitech G502 mouse with its middle scroll wheel that has side-scrolling capability, it works normally. I hope this can be fixed in the next software update.
