Is there a way to find topics flagged with "Ignore Filters"?

Topics can be exempted from filtering by setting the flag in the Topic context menu > Options > Ignore Filters. Does anyone know of a way to find topics that have been set to ignore filters? They could be deduced by filtering on a rarely-used marker, but is there a more exact way?
