Manual allocation of resource effort is lost

The setting: A task is assigned to a branch. Duration and effort are not linked. Resources have been allocated and the resource effort for individual resources has been assigned manually and individually (not equally)

The problem: If a new resource is added, the resource effort is automatically distributed equally among all resources. The manual/individual allocation of the resource effort must be carried out again, which is unfortunately particularly annoying. Is there a solution here?
