MindManager 22 running slowly on Windows 11

Since my workplace upgraded to Windows 11 last week, MindManager has been very 'laggy' - text appearing on-screen a couple of seconds after I finish typing.

We're a large organisation, but there are only 5 MM users, so there's no expertise within our technology team. They've tried a few things but nothing so far has worked.

Is this an experience anyone else has seen, and are there any suggestions for fixes?
