Import OPML on MindManger Chromebook app and https://app.mindmanager.com/

Is the ability to import OPML or other data/ mind maps into the https://app.mindmanager.com/ or Chromebook Apps? If so, I can't see it.
If not, when can we expect a fully functional Chromebook App for MindManager?
