How do I rearrange a Priority Icon in a topic to place it after a Progress Icon?

Hello,

I would like to rearrange a Priority icon in a topic, so as to have it come after the Progress Icon as that is the layout order for all other icons, except for the Priority Icons.

I have attached an example for your reference.
I would like to have the Priority Icon be placed behind the Progress Icon in the second topic, as seen in the 1st topic above, with the Magic Wand icon being placed after the Progress Icon.

Another option could be to be able to place all other icons ahead of the Progress Icon in all topics, which does not seem to be possible by dragging the icons around or by removing them and re-adding them again.

Please help!
