Import relations from excel to mindmap

Relations between topics can be exported to excel as Dependencies.
Please enable the reverse function.
The benefits would include:
1. Providing complete excel round tripping for these elements
2. Offering a more flexible MindManager tool for development of graph diagrams
3. Uplift MM to compete against other diagramming tools that provide graph round-tripping
4. Avoid deep customer disappointment upon discovery of this missing feature :-(
