Provide sort options for Map/Folder Shortcuts in the My Maps pane

The My Maps pane is a handy tool for storing shortcuts to frequently-used maps, either individually or in collections, and also frequently-visited folders.

However, maps, collections and folders are stored only in alphabetical order and there is no other way to sort them. This means for example that there is no way to find either the most recent additions to the Map Shortcuts or the most recently-created or edited files in the Folder Shortcuts.

The Map Shortcuts section should be sortable by date added as well as alphabetical order, with both in forward and reverse order. Similarly, the Folder Shortcuts should be sortable by date created and edited, as well as alphabetically, again in forward and reverse order.
