License problem

I installed Mindmanager 24. After installation, I registered the license key, that I received. Registration was successfully completed. But when I started Mindmanager I was asked for the license key once more. If I entered my license, I received a message "This license key has already been used the maximum number of times".

I tried a support. The chatbot asked me to describe the situation once more and after several steps offered me two possibilities 1) Thank you, itś solved; or 2) Link to download link to MindManager already installed. So no one step was useful. I do not know how to connect anybody, who will solve my problem.
Can you help me?

PS. This kind of chatbot is ideal. The customer is angry. A problem is not solved, but people at the service desk cannot do anything. You don´t need support.
