Selection of the displayed elements in an HTML 5 file

From my point of view, it would be good if I could decide whether the Cokkie query is performed.
This also applies to other elements, e.g. the menu.
It is mandatory to perform the Cokkie query for a user.
If I integrate an HTML 5 file into my website, the query appears twice.
