Update MindManager Help to cover using Topic Properties in SmartRules

I've just discovered that the MindManager Online Help does not cover the use of Topic Properties in SmartRules.

Since at least V21 it has been possible to use Topic Properties as either a Trigger or an Effect in SmartRules, yet this isn't mentioned anywhere in the Help file SmartRule section. What makes this facility all the more confusing is that Properties will appear only if one or more topic properties have been created in the map.

The Help file should be updated to cover this feature, along with any other triggers or effects which only appear if the topic attribute has already been added to the map.
