Restore the downloadable MindManager PDF User Guides

Up until v21 of MindManager, every new release was accompanied by a downloadable PDF User Guide.

This was a great resource. New users could read about about how the program's advertised features worked, while experienced users could look up more sophisticated aspects of MindManager. Often while reading about one facility you would also stumble across another feature you didn't know the program had.

Sadly this is no longer possible. Starting with v22 the User Guide has been dropped. Yes, the online help files have been beefed up and you can still find most of the information you need - provided you know what you are looking for. The online help isn't really a substitute for a good User Guide

Given that many aspects of v21 are still relevant, I can't see that it would take much to much to update the v21 User Guide for the current version. In addition it would also be great if live links to the relevant sections of the online MindManager Help could be added.
