How to toggle zapier receiver topics with/without automatic updates

In map rollup, we can choose whether or not to automatically update the map when we open it, but we would like to know how to choose whether or not to automatically update zapier's incoming topics when we open the map as well.
Currently, when I open a map, it is automatically received.
