Allow text boxes be formatted with fill and border colours with the ability to vary transparency

It would be great if there was a facility to format text boxes with fill and border colours in the same way you can format shapes. At the moment only text box fonts can be formatted, and not the box itself.

This feature would be especially useful if you are using text boxes in maps with a background which affects the legibility of the text - and just as with shapes there should be a facility to vary fill colour transparency. Another alternative would be to have an additional option for shape titles to be shown inside the shape, as well as outside it.

I know you can achieve the same outcomes by placing a text box within a larger shape, locking the two together and then formatting the latter, but this is fiddly and time-consuming especially if you want to format multiple text boxes.
