The Snap interface is nothing

Images have been uploaded through the app，but Windows Mindmanager Snap List still keep nothing.

What kind of behavior can logout or refresh Snap account in mindmanager? Where？

Hi Zyr,

Which version of MindManager are you using?

Are you sure you are signed into the same account in MindManager desktop and MindManager Go?

MindManager 2020.

Maybe. I only have one access, and I logged on. But I can't find the point of used for altering account.

Hi Zyr,

In version 20 you your account was the same for publishing and Snap, so if the Snap UI is blank for some reason, you can try clicking Publish then Sign Out to try signing in again.
