Problem - Linked map?

I do not understand what I have done. I took a copy of another map, rearranged it and now when I open up the copied map - there are suddenly a lot of relations between the objects? I started to search for what can it be and my first thought is that it is linked somehow.

I have made a template out of a map a liked, because I could not save a new background (I do not know how to do that) and now it seems like it brings along a lot of relations.

I can not find anything about this and I do not understand how it works.
