Topic Notes editor: add multi-level lists and the ability to paste plain text

I use MindManager extensively to draft reports and other documents. The topic notes editor needs an overhaul, but in the interim the introduction of two features would be really helpful:
- Indentable multi-level lists, similar to the Word list feature.
- The ability to paste unformatted text. Currently, every time text is copied and pasted from a website or document it has to be reformatted.
