MAC: Adjust info icon and text size

Enable us to adjust the size of the icon and text in links within in the Topic info. (see capture). The icon and text of the links is huge (larger than the Topic's text font size), and I'd like to be able to make it smaller across all topics.

This would allow me to see that a link does exist in a topic, while at the same time, my eye would still be able to pull out the Topic (more important) text at a glance. As it is now, the link text overpowers the Topic text.
