reinsert "presentation mode" option in version for Mac

I inquired about this and was told the following, and would like to request this addition to MindManager 22 for Mac: "Unfortunately, currently, MindManager 22.1.159 for mac does not have an option or "View" option that allows presentation mode/ "walk-through" view. However, MindManager 22.1.234 for Windows has a "walk-through" view option. As such, I would recommend making a feature request in the MindManager community to have this option added to MindManager mac version."
