set status of the own question

In the moment the status is only editable by admins, maybe it's a limitation of the UseResponse platform.
I think it's better if the owner of the question could although set through "ANSWERED" because realy he knows this.
Additional it's easier for admins, by this way they have more time for solutions of problems.
