Reinstate paint format keyboard shortcut

I used to be able to use OPT+CMD+C (on a Mac) for copying format and then pasting format with OPT+CMD+V... now after copying I have to click the topic I want to apply the paste format to... BUT, it often doesn't work for me (the text formatting is unchanged)... it also requires me to use paste copy every time I want to format a topic. In the previous version I could paste copy and then whenever I copy Web text into the mmap and need to format it I could simply paste format. This approach is much better than the new way of forcing me to copy paste then click the topic every time.

Can you please reinstate paste format as a keyboard shortcut option.
