We are currently working with our email delivery provider to resolve an issue preventing emails from being delivered. This is currently blocking new users from completing their email verification and prevents password reset.
If you are a new user trying to make an account and are stuck on email verification, please contact customer support so they can manually verify your account. We are experiencing a high volume of requests at this time, so please be patient as we work through these requests.
Our team is working on resolving these issues as quickly as possible with the highest priority. We'll provide an update as soon as there is additional information to share.
